GUY-BERNARD BRAMI
INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR
Guy-Bernard Brami of La Celle Saint Cloud, France, was elected to serve a two-year term as an
international director of Lions International at the association’s 106th International Convention
in Melbourne, Australia, June 21 through June 25, 2024.
Director Brami has 42 years of experience in the insurance industry, where he works as a broker.
He was the founder and CEO of Groupe Montcalm Assurances S.A.
Director Brami has been a member of the Lions Club La Défense in 1983.
He has held several offices within the association including club president, club treasurer, zone
president, district governor and vice district governor, LCIF coordinator, among many other
positions.
In recognition of his service to the association, Director Brami has received numerous awards
including a Lions of France Medal, multiple District Chairman Awards, Club Treasurer 100%
Awards, Club President 100% Awards, multiple International President’s Medals and more. He is
also a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow.
In addition to his Lion activities, Director Brami has served as president of BEPEKA Youth
Association, president of Association ARPEGE Environment, trustee of the Syndicat Français
des Assurances, president of Amicale Internationale des Assurances. He is also president of the
Robert Debré Hospital endowment fund and was made a Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite
(Knight of the National Order of Merit) in 2023 by the President of the French Republic.
Director Brami and his wife, Nathalie, have three children and seven grandchildren.
